Turnaround

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

FED EX


Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. The tracking number will be provided based on the shipping method selected for the order. The UPS or USPS tracking numbers and delivery address will be sent via e-mail registered with the order. This number will be assigned as soon as the order has been packaged, stamped, and placed in the shipping container.

Important Please Read:

To ensure that the tracking information is 100% accurate, we would like to urge our customers to copy the tracking information they have received via email and paste it into the carriers web address. The tracking information that is provided within the email is only an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. UPS and USPS provide this ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE to try and help the customer determine an approximate delivery date and time to receive the package.

Please refer to your Spam box at first, should not you receive tracking email. Some servers will flag emails like this as Spam.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Boatpartsforless.com reserves the right to cancel an order and refund all payments should an item go back ordered.


Shipping to a Third-Party Address

If the alternate shipping address is on file with the bank that issued the credit card, then order processing will not be delayed. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with the bank that issued the credit card, order processing may be delayed due to additional verification information needed to make sure that the credit card account is not lost or stolen. We take this extra measure to protect our customers and ourselves from any fraudulent credit card issues.

Note: For fraud prevention purposes, boatpartsforless.com reserves the right to verify orders through a variety of means which might include phone verification, requests for a copy of credit card (covering up everything except the name and the last 4 digits on the credit card) and drivers license (covering everything except the name). boatpartsforless.com reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order. Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.
